Sydney has experience working in a digital consultancy, where she supported teams throughout the company with various tasks, including market and technological research, business development, strategy development, and project planning/management. She holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University (Canada), with majors in Management Information Systems and Strategic Analysis. She loves all things data and has a passion for learning through research.
Outside of work and school, Sydney also volunteered at Vancouver's Downtown Community Court in partnership with the non-profit, Elizabeth Fry Society of Greater Vancouver. Here, she attended court proceedings and was responsible for assisting marginalised clients who live with addiction, mental health troubles, and/or homelessness to navigate and understand the community court process.
Sydney is excited to be a part of the CEI team, where she can combine her education and experience with her passion for creating positive impact within marginalised communities.
