CEI's team is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, with global offices and reach. We are a team of specialists with diverse backgrounds, both in our personal experience and in our academic and professional profiles. Our team brings a range of insights: an understanding of how to secure the best research analysis, how policy is developed, how funding decisions are made, what it’s like to deliver services on the ground, and how real change happens. 

Because we are an evidence intermediary, CEI brings a team skilled in generating and synthesising research evidence and in putting this evidence into practice. Our team has rare and specialist implementation science expertise to strengthen the uptake of evidence and assist in supporting sustained change in the behaviour of systems, organisations and individuals. We actively work to bring experts across our team together to ensure that every engagement benefits from the best research evidence, robust methods, and deep practice know-how.
