CEI has grown from a team of three in 2016 to a global organisation of more than 50 staff, with more than 275 projects under our belts and a network of partners globally. We are a highly entrepreneurial, social purpose organisation that has grown at least 20% year-on-year since our inception in 2016. 

CEI is a values-driven organisation. We are dedicated to diversity and are keen to ensure that our teams include individuals with lived experience of the issues and in the communities we serve.
