India graduated with a BSc in Psychology and Social Anthropology from the University of Kent before completing an MSc in Mind, Language and Embodied Cognition at the University of Edinburgh.
She has experience working both as a frontline practitioner and service supporter for children, young people and vulnerable adults. In her previous role at the NSPCC, India supported the introduction of the Young People's Board for Change, ensuring youth voices were at the heart of decision-making processes. She also coordinated various digital safety and trauma-informed community-based projects.
At CEI, India leads on stakeholder management, participant recruitment, data collection and analysis across a variety of evaluation and implementation projects.
